Send dimensions, plans and information about the existing floor, insulation and heat source. State the intended floor covering and whether rooms will be renovated at the same time.
Check the proposed design
Ask how room heat requirements, zones and controls have been considered. The installer should explain the suitability of the method for the substrate and available height.
Compare complete offers
Include preparation, pipe or element installation, controls, connections, testing and commissioning. Floor repair and final covering may be separate tasks and should be coordinated in the programme.
