What affects your total?

Milled-in pipes, studded panels and electric mats use different floor build-ups. Removal of finishes, milling structural concrete, levelling, controls and the new floor finish are not automatically included.

What to send with your request

Send floor area by room, existing floor build-up, heat source and desired finish. Include your postcode, preferred schedule and the elements that must remain, so the scope can be assessed.

Plan the layout

Identify sanitary fixtures, shower areas and available floor space. The installer should assess where heating can be installed and whether additional heat emitters are needed.

Choose a suitable system

Water-based and electric options have different connection and control requirements. Electrical work must be specified and carried out by an appropriate installer for the room conditions.

Include preparation and testing

Ask about substrate repairs, insulation, controls and checks before tiling. Coordinate waterproofing and commissioning so the heating installation does not compromise the finished floor system.
