Costs and included work
For aluminium conservatories, compare the scope first: foundation, opening into the existing building, building envelope and finish level. A price is useful only when supply and finishing work are clearly defined.
| Work / price basis | Starting indication | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Aluminium conservatories | Price on request | Foundation, opening into the existing building, building envelope and finish level |
What affects your total?
A garden conservatory and a heated living space have different foundation, glazing, frame and climate-control requirements. Ground conditions, span, glazing, connections to the house and access determine the work. Kitchens, sanitary fittings, building services and interior finishes are included only when specified.
What to send with your request
Send dimensions, photos of the facade and garden, the proposed layout and available drawings. Include your postcode, preferred schedule and the elements that must remain, so the scope can be assessed.
Frame and glazing choices
Compare opening sections, frame profiles, glass specification and roof materials together. Consider daylight, ventilation, solar exposure and the desired internal appearance. Large glazed areas need more than an attractive frame sample.
Connection to the home
Assess foundations, floor levels, the existing facade and rainwater routes. Removing part of the facade may require structural design. A conservatory supplied as a product does not include every alteration to the existing building automatically.
Scope and permissions
Check the proposed location and design through the Omgevingsloket. Agree which work the supplier and building contractor each provide, including foundations, services and finishing.
Compare the full quote
Specify dimensions, glazing, opening mechanisms, roof, access, installation and reinstatement. Ask which items are provisional and which are fixed before placing the order.
