Costs and included work
For repairing plasterwork, compare the scope first: substrate preparation, layer build-up and agreed finish level. A price is useful only when supply and finishing work are clearly defined.
| Work / price basis (from) | Starting indication | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Plaster repairs: day work | From € 450 per working day | Market example; day work, not a fixed price for every repair. Excludes VAT. |
Market indications checked on 2 October 2026, not fixed Multi Concurrent tariffs. The stated work and unit apply; the quotation confirms the total, VAT and any additional work.
What affects your total?
Loose layers, damp, cracks, major unevenness, corner profiles and work at height may require additional work. Ready for wallpaper, ready for painting and painted are different finish levels.
What to send with your request
Send separate wall and ceiling areas, substrate photos and the desired final finish. Include your postcode, preferred schedule and the elements that must remain, so the scope can be assessed.
Identify the damage
Distinguish impact damage, loose plaster, cracking and moisture-related deterioration. Movement or ongoing water ingress may require another trade before a durable finish can be applied.
Agree the repair area
A local patch may not blend invisibly with old texture or paint. Discuss whether a larger section needs finishing or repainting to achieve the intended appearance.
Include the follow-on work
Ask about protection, preparation, drying and decoration. Clarify who checks the repaired surface before painting so the job does not stop at an unfinished patch.
