Costs and included work
For metal-look plaster, compare the scope first: substrate preparation, layer build-up and agreed finish level. A price is useful only when supply and finishing work are clearly defined.
| Work / price basis | Starting indication | Scope |

| Metal-look plaster | Price on request | Substrate preparation, layer build-up and agreed finish level |
What affects your total?
Finish, metal pigment, substrate and protective layer are chosen as a system; assess colour and texture using a sample area. Loose layers, damp, cracks, major unevenness, corner profiles and work at height may require additional work. Ready for wallpaper, ready for painting and painted are different finish levels.
What to send with your request
Send separate wall and ceiling areas, substrate photos and the desired final finish. Include your postcode, preferred schedule and the elements that must remain, so the scope can be assessed.
Choose by sample
Colour, texture and reflected light can look different across a full wall. Agree a representative sample and the direction or pattern of application before work begins.
Check suitability
The substrate, room conditions and expected wear affect the specification. Ask whether the selected system is suitable for wet or frequently cleaned areas rather than assuming every metallic finish is interchangeable.
Specify the complete work
Include preparation, repairs, primer, decorative layers and any protective treatment. Request maintenance guidance and clarify how future local repairs may differ in appearance from the original surface.
